Dams, bridges and rail corridors carry constraints most builds never see. Environmental controls, exclusion zones, possession windows that open at midnight and close at dawn, and an asset owner who answers to the public.
The problem
On civil work the hard part is rarely the structure. It is everything wrapped around it. Water release schedules on a dam. Traffic or rail management that dictates when you can be there at all. Environmental controls that decide what can be dropped, contained or washed down.
We assess it on site first because those constraints shape the scaffold more than the geometry does. An advanced scaffolder walks the job, then the engineer verifies the design to code.
Access on critical water infrastructure, where the environment sets the rules and the release schedule does not move for anyone.
Underslung and access scaffold with the load path resolved against the existing structure rather than the ground.
Working to possession windows and exclusion zones, where the time on site is fixed before you start.

Working with us
An advanced scaffolder attends site to assess access, hazards, and the trades that need to work inside the scaffold.
Designed in house by scaffolders, then engineered by competent structural and temporary-works engineers to the relevant code.
Erection and dismantle timed to your build, so safe access opens when the trades behind us need it.
