Sectors · Residential
Residential is where scaffold is most often treated as a commodity, and where it most often goes wrong. Narrow boundaries, sloping ground, neighbours a metre away, and a builder whose program has no slack in it.
The problem
Setback, fall, boundary and access decide a residential scaffold more than the building does. Ground that drops away. A driveway that has to stay usable. A neighbour's fence you cannot bear on.
It is a small job with the same design question as a large one, which is why an advanced scaffolder still assesses it on site rather than quoting it off a plan.
Access to existing homes, worked around the parts of the house still being lived in.
Staged with the build so safe access opens when the trades behind us need it.
Edge protection and roof access for replacement, repair and solar.

Working with us
An advanced scaffolder attends site to assess access, hazards, and the trades that need to work inside the scaffold.
Designed in house by scaffolders, then engineered by competent structural and temporary-works engineers to the relevant code.
Erection and dismantle timed to your build, so safe access opens when the trades behind us need it.
