In a shutdown the scaffold is never the point. Getting the trades onto the work and off it again inside the window is the point, and every hour the scaffold is not ready is an hour the plant is not running.
The problem
Industrial access is planned backwards from the outage. What has to be reached, by whom, in what order, and how fast it can come down again once they are finished. Get that wrong and the scaffold becomes the critical path.
Confined spaces, live plant, permit systems and hot work all narrow what is possible. An advanced scaffolder assesses it on site so the design accounts for the permit regime rather than colliding with it.
Planned to the outage window, staged so trades reach the work in the order the shutdown needs them to.
High-risk environments with their own permit systems, inductions and exclusion regimes.
Warehouses, plants and processing sites, working around operations that keep running.

Working with us
An advanced scaffolder attends site to assess access, hazards, and the trades that need to work inside the scaffold.
Designed in house by scaffolders, then engineered by competent structural and temporary-works engineers to the relevant code.
Erection and dismantle timed to your build, so safe access opens when the trades behind us need it.
