What we actually do

Four things, and the first one is the reason the other three work.

01

Design & coordinate

All projects are designed in house by experienced scaffolders and engineered by competent structural and temporary-works engineers. An advanced scaffolder visits the site to assess the environment, access points, potential hazards, and the workflow of the various trades to be accommodated within the scaffolding solution.

Combining the expertise of a scaffolder with the engineer in the design process avoids many potential issues that are not apparent from blueprints or drawings alone. That produces a safer, more practical, more cost-effective solution and smoother workflows on site.

How the design process works

02

Tailored services

Our proposals are tailored to each individual client's needs. An experienced scaffolder trained in design will visit your site to discuss the project specifics, the trades we need to accommodate, and the timing of construction and dismantling scaffold.

Drawing on firsthand knowledge of safety protocols and best practice, we make sure your scaffolding solution is not only built to code but optimised for your site workflow. Our designs comply fully with the relevant regulations, minimising your risk of incidents or regulatory fines.

03

On time, on schedule

Our commitment to project schedules and the timely completion of each build or strip, to ensure safe access for trades, is an important part of our professionalism and project management.

When you book our scaffolding services for a specific date and time, you can count on us being there, with the agreed gear, ready to deliver.

04

Professional team

Our team undergo regular training to ensure they hold up-to-date qualifications coupled with a safety-first mindset. We undertake Behaviour Observations at every site to confirm our people do not just hold a ticket, but are competent and safe in the work they perform.

A training matrix is kept for each team member and regularly updated. Work Safely at Heights and Confined Space competencies are refreshed at the industry standard of every two years.

Our approach to safety
Needs Chris: the scaffold systems QSS actually runs (Kwikstage, Layher, Cuplok, aluminium mobile, or a combination), and whether hire-only or labour-and-hire is offered. Competitors list their systems on the services page and buyers filter on it. Nothing has been assumed here.

Tell us about the access problem.
