Sectors · Commercial
On a commercial build the scaffold serves eight trades with eight different sequences. Designed badly it blocks all of them. Designed well nobody mentions it, which is the point.
The problem
Commercial work is where the coordination matters most. Render, glazing, roofing, electrical and fitout all need the same access at different times, and the scaffold either accommodates that sequence or fights it for the length of the build.
An advanced scaffolder walks the job and asks who needs to be where and when, before anything is drawn. That is why our scaffold tends to need fewer alterations once the trades arrive.
Occupied and operating buildings, where guests and the public are separated from the works.
Facade access and refurbishment on buildings that keep trading through the program.
Sites with their own access rules, holiday windows and duty of care.

Working with us
An advanced scaffolder attends site to assess access, hazards, and the trades that need to work inside the scaffold.
Designed in house by scaffolders, then engineered by competent structural and temporary-works engineers to the relevant code.
Erection and dismantle timed to your build, so safe access opens when the trades behind us need it.
